The RAPTOR Online Demo is designed to show the quality and performance of RAPTOR. RAPTOR is a protein stucture prediction tool. The software aids in structure prediction by threading the user's amino acid sequence against protein structures in its template library to provide a backbone 3D structure.

To continue with the RAPTOR Online trial you will need a Username and Password, specific to RAPTOR Online. Other RAPTOR demo Usernames and Passwords will not work here. If you do not have these click Register and complete the form.
