In addition to the stand-alone RAPTOR Suite for protein structure prediction and functional annotation, BSI also offers a complete pipeline solution with another BSI product, PatternHunter integrated to widen the search space to other databanks like GenBank. It enables researchers to find potentially novel protein targets and more accurate functional annotiation information without sacrificing speed in a high-throughput environment.
