PEAKS Viewer

In a situation where many users, colleagues, or customers need to share and examine results simultaneously, PEAKS Viewer is an ideal solution. This data viewing tool reads all supported mass-spectrometry data formats, and PEAKS' native project files. It is meant for distributing results of PEAKS processed data. The standard version allows user data to be viewed and exported. PEAKS Viewer does not contain the auto de novo or protein ID algorithms. This standard version also grants provided users with unlimited distribution capabilities.

Another option for those with the interest to viewing PEAKS results, perhaps out of the office or with colleagues, is PEAKS Viewer (free version). Notable limitations of the free tool are manually editing results and exporting images. If these are significant requirements for your lab, the standard version remains an optimal choice.
