PEAKS at ASMS 2008
As expected, PEAKS will be attending the ASMS conference in Denver, CO. and unveiling the latest installment of PEAKS for peptide mass spectrometry.
More details to come. In the mean time, check out the research released last year.
Posters
We presented these new technologies in the poster sessions at the conference. After all, better understanding of the tools you use is important for better use:
- Reconstruction of peptide sequences from de novo sequences and their homologues
Bioinformatics . ThPP . 269
- Improving de novo sequencing accuracy for Ion Trap data in PEAKS software
Bioinformatics . MPK . 175
- Improving sequence coverage by de novo sequence homology searching with SPIDER
Bioinformatics . MPK . 176
- Optimizing data acquisition for Automated de novo sequencing
Peptides: Fragmentation & Sequencing . ThPF . 089
- Automated identification of disulphide bonded dipeptides using PEAKS and Q-TOF mass spectrometry
Bioinformatics . MPK . 171
Download the User's Pack here. This booklet contains all the information from the exhibited posters from 2007.
User's Meeting
We were really happy to host so many existing users at our meeting last year, we are hoping to open it up for more interested parties.
