In addition to using a great software such as PatternHunter, our users have found live webinars (WebEx) to be a very successful method of learning how best to utilize the given tools.

Currently, BSI offers private meetings to accommodate general requests as well as specific cases.

Private meetings can be scheduled at various accommodating times, thus allowing all parties (you, us, and why not invite your lab-mates too?) to meet online and share each other's screens. This is a great resource for training new employees working with PatternHunter, one on one with an expert, as well as resolving concerns.
