Deep learning enables de novo peptide sequencing from data-independent-acquisition mass spectrometry

Bioinformatics Solutions Inc. (BSI) researchers are pleased to announce their latest research “Deep learning enables de novo peptide sequencing from data-independent-acquisition mass spectrometry”, published this month in Nature Methods.

Personalized immunotherapy is revolutionizing cancer treatment. LC-MS/MS with data-independent acquisition (DIA) as an unbiased approach has been a major force to advance the development personalized neoantigen vaccines. This research presents a de novo peptide-sequencing method for DIA data analysis using deep learning.
