PEAKS Studio 3.1, a spectrum per second! We are proud to announce the newest version of PEAKS Studio. Version 3.1 was released November 21st 2005. This new version is significantly faster! 3.1 will process at a rate of a spectrum per second!! The increase in speed is thanks to an overhaul of the auto de novo and protein ID algorithms. Incidentally, PEAKS Studio 3.1 is more accurate as well. We know our users will like it!
